Lower part feeding (wet) semi-countercurrent magnetic separator
Used for sweeping and selecting strongly magnetic materials with a particle size of 0.5mm or less, especially suitable for selecting minerals with a particle size of -0.15mm, or removing mixed strongly magnetic minerals from fine-grained non-magnetic minerals.
Lower part ore feeding (wet) countercurrent magnetic separator
For roughing and sweeping operations of strongly magnetic materials with a granularity of 0.6-3mm, and primary deironing of quartz sand.
Lower part feeding (wet) gravity magnetic separator
It can be widely used to process ores with coarser particle size or lower magnetization coefficient, or to recover magnetic heavy media.
High-intensity flat plate magnetic separator
The flat-plate high-intensity wet magnetic separator is a new type of magnetic separation equipment carefully developed by our company, which summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional magnetic separation equipment and breaks through conventional design concepts. It integrates magnetic separation and gravity separation. It is suitable for the separation of quartz sand, limonite, ilmenite, manganese ore, garnet, and silicon carbide with a particle size of less than 5mm, and for iron removal in silicon micropowder.
The wet high-intensity magnetic separator is a newly developed permanent magnetic separator, mainly used for the tailings or selection and purification of weakly magnetic minerals (limonite, manganese ore, tungsten, niobium, tantalum, etc.) with a particle size of less than 12mm.
Concentrated (dehydrated) magnetic separator
This series of high-intensity magnetic separators utilizes the principle of the interaction between magnetic and mechanical forces, integrating magnetic separation and dewatering concentration into one machine. It is a newly developed magnetic separator specifically designed for adjusting the concentration of magnetic minerals in the upper and lower operating sections of magnetic separation plants.
