  Scope of Application

  This series of high-intensity magnetic separators utilizes the principle of the interaction between magnetic and mechanical forces, integrating magnetic separation and dewatering concentration into a single unit. This dual-function machine is newly developed specifically for adjusting the concentration of magnetic minerals in the upper and lower operating sections of magnetic separation plants.

  Technical Features

  High recovery rate of magnetic minerals, large processing capacity, significant concentration (dewatering) effect, and water conservation.

  This machine model is widely used before the second-stage ball mill to control the slurry concentration, which helps improve the grinding fineness of the second-stage ball mill.

  This machine adopts a special magnetic circuit design to achieve automatic ore discharge, eliminating the need for scrapers and water spray pipes.
