Scope of Application
The wet high-intensity magnetic separator is a newly developed permanent magnetic separator, mainly used for the tailings or beneficiation and purification of weakly magnetic minerals (limonite, manganese ore, tungsten, niobium, tantalum, etc.) with a particle size of less than 12mm.
Technical Features
The surface magnetic field can reach 10000GS. The unit is submerged in water, with ore feeding from above. It handles larger ore particles and incorporates the advantages of water-based separation using buoyancy.
It has a dewatering function, resulting in better beneficiation and more stable product grade. It combines high separation precision, high recovery rate, energy and water saving, and simple production and maintenance.
