　　The company has mainly made strict regulations and improvements in terms of transmission components, main materials, and magnetic field strength.

　　First, the aluminum alloy end caps have been comprehensively thickened based on the original design, and the diameter and thickness of the central transmission disc have been increased to improve the transmission torque and rigidity. Second, the transmission stub shaft has been improved based on the original design, with increases to the transmission disc diameter, screw hole pitch circle diameter, screw hole diameter and density, shaft diameter and thickness. The bearing seat, support seat, and bearings have all been increased in size and thickness. At the same time, the machine frame material has also been increased in size and thickness; the overall improvement in material and grade makes the magnetic separator more robust and durable. Finally, our machines have always used custom industrial hammertone paint; this time the appearance color has also been adjusted, with the end caps in dark yellow, making the machine more visible when rotating, and providing a clearer warning. We guarantee that the magnetic field strength of the magnetic separator upon leaving the factory will always be 200 Gauss higher.
